Full e-commerce overhaul for a luxury fragrance brand. Managed 8,000+ WooCommerce products with dynamic 55% retail markups. Optimised speed and LCP with WP Rocket, Bunny CDN, and Cloudflare. Built Elementor mega menus and a comprehensive RankMath technical SEO strategy.

Built an API bridge using Make.com and OpenAI. A webhook listens for new external dialer calls, uses OpenAI to transcribe and summarise the audio, and automatically routes the formatted summary into GoHighLevel to notify the sales team — fully hands-off.

Engineered a centralised email routing system using Make.com and GoHighLevel. Captures emails from multiple domain addresses, generates unique opportunity IDs, and intelligently routes them to Sales, Customer Care, or Admin pipelines with strict role-based visibility.

Built a high-end, fully responsive bilingual (English/French) site from scratch using Elementor Pro. Engineered custom CSS for complex portfolio galleries, executed full mobile optimisation, and migrated the completed staging site to the live server.
