I'm Urooj Shafait (she/her), a GoHighLevel and AI automation specialist based in Northampton, UK, with 6+ years building production systems for startups, agencies, and service businesses across the UK, US, and Australia.

I build and fix GoHighLevel accounts, set up CloseBot and A2P 10DLC, and build voice AI, AI agents, MCP servers and ready-made GoHighLevel snapshots. I'm also a full stack WordPress developer (custom plugins, Elementor and e-commerce), and I build web and mobile apps and Chrome extensions. I also audit apps and AI builds to find what is broken or unsafe. I don't sell templates. I build systems that fit how your business actually works, tested and handed over with documentation.

My focus right now is the edge of what AI can do on its own: using the Model Context Protocol to give AI real, reliable control over the tools businesses run every day, and building anything custom a client needs around it.
