Short answer: On 27 October 2026, during LevelUp week, HighLevel announced the Founder Plan. Its Founder page and launch post do not call it a LevelUp announcement. It is $497 a month and HighLevel's own page calls it "formerly the Agency Pro Plan". In HighLevel's words, it is for agencies that sell under their own brand: your logo, your domain and your pricing, with no cap on rebilling or reselling markup. On top of that it bundles a set of Founder-only features (SaaS Mode, HighLevel Industries, Ticketing, Project Management, Events, Workflow Maps, Meeting Rooms, A2P Console and more) and new perks like the Founders Club and the Partner Network. If you resell HighLevel as your own software or mark up usage, it is built for you. If you run one business or simply manage client accounts, the $97 or $297 plan is still the smarter spend.
Status check: everything below comes from HighLevel's official Founder Plan page and the @gohighlevel launch post from 27 October 2026. Two features are marked Coming Soon, and some perks have no published terms yet. The FAQ answers on HighLevel's page were not readable when I wrote this, so I have left out anything they might say about how existing Agency Pro accounts move across. I will update this post once I have the plan in front of me.
The price is the same $497 that HighLevel's own FAQ gives for Agency Pro. What has changed is that the page now lists a set of features and perks as only available on the Founder plan, though it does not say which of them are new and which Agency Pro already had. HighLevel's launch post pitches the plan at agencies that sell HighLevel under their own brand.
The three plans side by side
Here is how the pricing table on the official page now reads:
- Starter, $97 a month: 3 sub-accounts, unlimited contacts, unlimited users, 24/7 support, all core features and "Free AI". Made for smaller businesses, solo marketers and starter agencies.
- Unlimited, $297 a month: everything in Starter plus unlimited sub-accounts, white-label, rebilling of phone and email with no markup, API access and "More free AI".
- Founder, $497 a month: everything in Unlimited plus the exclusive Founder feature set, rebilling with markup, Founders Club access, HighLevel Partner Network access and "The Most Free AI".
A note on the AI labels: the table says how much free AI each plan gets in relative terms only. It does not name the AI products or the limits. Before you tell a client their AI is free, read HighLevel's AI product pricing page for the current rules.
Founder-only features
The official page lists these as "only available in the Founder plan":
- HighLevel Industries: switch on niche features per sub-account. For restaurants that means Reservations, Menu Creator and Order Management. For home services it means Job Creation, Field Management and geo-optimised Job Routing.
- Custom Navs: reorder the left-hand menu, create groups and set defaults for your clients.
- Events: sell tickets, collect registrations and check people in by scanning ticket QR codes in the mobile app.
- Workflow Maps: a 3D bird's-eye view of your workflows, searchable by users, tags, triggers and actions, showing how workflows connect.
- Project Management: projects, tasks and boards with owners and due dates.
- SaaS Mode: choose the features in each plan you sell, and sign-ups get their account, permissions and login created automatically, with billing monitored.
- User Reports: each team member's calls, messages, appointments and closed deals in one dashboard.
- Rebilling with markup: mark up usage when clients send emails, validate emails, make calls, send texts, use AI and more.
- Advanced API access for custom integrations.
- Ticketing: every support message becomes a ticket you can assign, prioritise and track.
- Meeting Rooms: video meetings inside the CRM for client calls, demos and team check-ins.
- Loyalty and Rewards: loyalty programmes that work with online products and in-store check-ins.
- A2P Console: track A2P campaign completion for all your clients in one place.
Coming soon
- Custom Onboarding: build Launchpads that walk new clients through the tasks and features you choose, in your order.
- Email Health Console: deliverability, bounces, spam complaints and sender reputation across your clients, in one hub.
Founder perks
- Payment Commissions: Founders will be eligible for commissions on payments made through HighLevel's new native payment provider. No rates published yet.
- AdFuel: Founders will be eligible for free ads promoting their own business in their local market. No terms published yet.
- HighLevel Partner Network: earn by supporting other HighLevel users.
- Founders Club: an online community with weekly live streams, masterminds, challenges and contests.
- Headquarter Hangouts in Dallas and Dubai, discounted event tickets including LevelUp, and a dedicated Founder Support Plan.
My take: who the Founder Plan suits
I build HighLevel accounts, AI agents and automations for agencies, and this is how I would decide.
- You sell HighLevel as your own software. If your clients log in to your branded platform and pay you a monthly fee, SaaS Mode and rebilling with markup are the whole business model. This plan is yours.
- You want profit on usage. On Unlimited you can only pass phone and email costs through at cost. On Founder you can mark up calls, texts, email and AI. Before you upgrade, work out whether the markup you expect on your clients' usage would cover the $200 a month difference.
- You serve restaurants or home services. Reservations, menus, orders, job routing and field management inside the same account could replace an outside tool for those clients, if the features cover what they use today.
- You run a support or delivery team. Ticketing, Project Management, Meeting Rooms and User Reports may replace tools you pay for separately. Compare them feature by feature before you cancel anything.
- You manage A2P for lots of clients. The A2P Console shows A2P campaign completion for all your clients in one place.
Who should stay on their current plan
- You run one business. Starter at $97 still gives you all core features with unlimited contacts and users. Upgrading for features you will not resell is wasted money.
- You manage client accounts but do not resell the software. Unlimited at $297 gives you unlimited sub-accounts, white-label and API access. If you do not mark up usage or need the Founder-only tools, stay there.
- You are upgrading for features that are not live yet. Custom Onboarding and the Email Health Console are marked Coming Soon. Wait until they ship before you pay for them.
- You are upgrading for the perks alone. Payment Commissions and AdFuel have no published terms. Do not build a business case on them yet.
Already on $497? The page calls this plan "formerly the Agency Pro Plan", so check your billing and your account for the new Founder tools rather than assuming anything changes overnight. When you get access, test the tools that matter to you first. I would start with Workflow Maps and Ticketing.
Also shipped on 27 October
HighLevel's changelog also has these entries dated 27 October 2026. HighLevel has not labelled them as LevelUp announcements:
- New Test Workflow (Labs): test one trigger or one action with real events from your account, then run the whole workflow step by step and watch each step pass, fail or skip. There is a History tab and a Retry run button. Be careful: tests run the real steps, so messages are sent.
- Meta campaign sync in Ad Manager: campaigns built in Meta or HighLevel stay in two-way sync, with one report for all of them.
- Brand Boards upgrades: brand colours on QR codes, a full typography hierarchy, template previews in your brand colours and quick-create brand boards from the email builder.
- Graphic Library: 11,000+ icons, emojis and illustrations in the Funnel, Website, Store and Webinar builders.
- Template switcher in the Email Builder: swap templates without leaving the builder, with a confirm step before your content is replaced.
