GoHighLevel LevelUp 2026: Every Confirmed Announcement, Updated as It Lands

Published 26 October 2026 Last updated Urooj Shafait, Urooj Labs

Short answer: HighLevel's LevelUp 2026 runs from 26 to 29 October 2026 at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, with an optional Encore Day on 30 October. The big product reveal, LevelUp Day, was on Tuesday 27 October at 10:30 AM Dallas time (3:30 PM UK time). Before the event HighLevel said more than 300 features and updates would be revealed live, along with a first look at its 2027 roadmap. On 27 October it published its LevelUp Day roundup, which lists 167 updates; the AI agent and Voice AI items are in the Confirmed announcements table below. This page lists only announcements I can confirm on HighLevel's own website, changelog or help docs, and I update it as they are published.

This page is updated as news lands. HighLevel often announces features on stage before the release notes go up. I only add an item here once HighLevel has published it officially, and I only mark something as "Live" when HighLevel's changelog or help docs say it is available.

How to read the status column:

On 27 October 2026 HighLevel published its own LevelUp Day 2026 roundup, which lists 167 updates and says it will be updated with more details. The table below covers the 11 AI agent and Voice AI items from it that my LevelUp Day AI agent and Voice AI guide covers, with each status as HighLevel's roundup gives it. For everything else, see HighLevel's full post.

What HighLevel confirmed before the event

Before the event, HighLevel's official pages confirmed only the following:

HighLevel has now published its own LevelUp Day 2026 roundup, so the Confirmed announcements table uses that. I still leave out feature lists from other sites.

Released just before LevelUp

These shipped in the run-up to LevelUp and are worth knowing about now. HighLevel's LevelUp Day roundup also lists the Social Planner workflow triggers.

Shipped on LevelUp opening day (26 October)

HighLevel's changelog had a busy Monday. Everything below was published on 26 October 2026, the first day of LevelUp. When I first listed these, HighLevel had not labelled any of them as LevelUp announcements. Its LevelUp Day roundup, published the next day, includes some of these features too (for example social comments in Conversations and keyword search), but I keep them here, grouped by changelog date. The status for each one comes from its own changelog entry: "Released" means the entry does not mention a beta or Labs, "Limited beta" and "Labs" are HighLevel's own words.

Released does not always mean in your account today. When I tested my own account on 26 October 2026, keyword search in Conversations was live, but social comments in Conversations and the six new filters were not showing yet. I have not tested the WhatsApp carousel templates, forms in WhatsApp Flows, blog comments, WordPress Antivirus, the new WordPress site menu, the WhatsApp template library, WhatsApp call recording and transcripts or the new WhatsApp Flows languages in my own account yet. HighLevel often rolls changes out over a few days, so check your own account before you promise anything to a client.

Comments on blog posts A new Comments element for HighLevel blog post pages: threaded replies, emoji, one image per comment, likes and dislikes, email one-time code sign-in for readers and a Moderator badge for your team. A Comments tab in Blogs handles approvals, and settings are per blog site. Comments do not go to Conversations or Contacts yet. Released Changelog
Antivirus for every WordPress site For WordPress sites hosted on HighLevel. Shield runs ten checks (including core and plugin files against official versions, unused plugins, HTTPS, WordPress version, hidden errors and search visibility), explains each problem in plain language and fixes it in one click, with a Back up first option. Hardening adds ten one-click protections, such as blocking user enumeration, disabling the file editor and XML-RPC, security headers and login rate limiting. A Threats column and scan-all cover every site. Fixes change the live site, and HighLevel says to leave XML-RPC on if you use the WordPress phone app. Find it in Sites, WordPress, open a site, Antivirus. Released Changelog
New site menu and sites list for WordPress hosting Each WordPress site now opens to one left menu: Info, Analytics, WordPress Management, Backups, Antivirus and Advanced Settings, with arrows to switch sites. The sites list is now a full table with status, threats, updates, uptime, backups, performance and storage. Troubleshooter and Activity Logs have moved under Antivirus. Released Changelog
WhatsApp template library 52 ready-made WhatsApp templates (32 marketing, 20 utility) written for industries such as home services, web design, legal, beauty and insurance, in six languages including English (UK). Search, filter, favourite, edit and check a live preview before you submit. Meta still reviews each template. Find it in Settings, Communications, WhatsApp, Templates, Create template, Pre-built templates. Released Changelog
WhatsApp call recording and transcripts Record WhatsApp calls, transcribe them, or both, for each number. The recording sits in the conversation next to your messages, with a transcript that shows who said what, and the call language is picked up automatically. Before recording starts, callers hear a short consent announcement in a language you choose, with a reason you set. Find it in Settings, Communications, WhatsApp, Calling, Recording and transcription. Free to use at the moment, though HighLevel says Meta may charge for it in future. Released Changelog
WhatsApp Flows in your customer's language Appointment booking flows now come in 13 language options: English, German, Spanish, French (France and Canada), Italian, Dutch, Norwegian, Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal), Danish, Finnish and Swedish. The whole booking screen follows the language you pick, from the timezone and date pickers to the confirm button, and the live preview shows it in that language. A Language column in the flows list shows what each flow uses. Form flows show in whatever language you write them in. Find it in Settings, Communications, WhatsApp, Flows, Create Flow, Appointment booking, then Language on the Flow details step. Released Changelog

Shipped on 27 October

Also from HighLevel's changelog, all dated Tuesday 27 October 2026. The changelog entries themselves do not mention LevelUp, but many of these features also appear in HighLevel's LevelUp Day roundup (for example TikTok Ads, MCP servers in Conversation AI, Outbound AI Agents and calculated fields). I list them here by changelog date, with the status from each entry. Status comes from each entry: "Labs" means HighLevel says to switch it on under Settings, Labs, "Private beta" and "Beta" are HighLevel's own wording, and "Released" means the entry does not mention Labs or a beta. As of 18:03 UK on 27 October, the changelog has 48 entries dated that day. Thirteen are Labs features (six in Conversation AI, five in the CRM for companies, association labels and record workflows, plus Test Workflow and Inbox Preview), two (Forms to CRM and calculated fields) are in a private beta and one (Email Domain Warm-Up) is a beta you request access to, so check the Status column before you plan client work around any of them.

Not tested yet. I have not tested any of the 27 October items in my own account. That includes the Claude and Gemini models in Conversation AI, which I covered from the Labs release in my Claude and Gemini guide. The Forms to CRM update is part of HighLevel's Opportunity-First private beta, so most accounts will not see it yet. Calculated fields are also in a private beta. Labs features need switching on per sub-account, and released features can take a few days to reach every account.

GPT 5 and GPT 5 Mini retire on 30 October. HighLevel's Claude and Gemini changelog entry says Conversation AI agents on these two models should be moved to another model before then. Check every agent's Model setting this week.

Advanced QR Code Analytics QR Code analytics now go beyond total and unique scans, with breakdowns by device, browser and location (country, state and city). Historical scan data from 28 August 2024 onwards is included. Find it by opening a QR code in the QR Codes section and going to its analytics view. Released Changelog (27 October 2026)
Claude and Gemini models in Conversation AI The Model menu now lists Claude Opus 5.5, Claude Sonnet 5.5, Claude Haiku 5.5 and Claude Haiku 4.5, plus Gemini 3.8 Flash, Gemini 3.7 Flash and Gemini 3.5 Flash Lite, next to GPT. Each model shows a relative cost from $ to $$$$. The settings icon next to the model lets you pick a Secondary Model from any provider (it cannot be the same as the primary), which takes over when the primary model is down. In Build with AI you can ask for a model change in chat. Prompt, actions, knowledge base, channels and settings stay the same. HighLevel says GPT 5 and GPT 5 Mini retire on 30 October, so agents on them should be moved before then. Labs

Outbound AI agents with triggers A Conversation AI agent can message first when something happens in the CRM: a form or lead form (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok), a new contact, a tag, an appointment booked or confirmed, an opportunity created or moved, or a missed call. Up to 5 automatic follow-ups, working hours that hold messages until opening time, a Deploy tab split into Inbound and Outbound, and an Outbound dashboard. Labs

MCP servers in Conversation AI Connect up to 5 MCP servers per agent from the Marketplace (HighLevel names Google Calendar, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Canva, Zapier and Apify among 40+) or add your own by HTTPS URL. You say when the agent should use each server and untick any tools it should not use. Each call shows in the AI response details and Agent Logs. Labs

Changelog (27 October 2026)
Rich elements in Conversation AI replies Agents can reply with quick replies, lists, link buttons, images, files and formatted text, shown natively on WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and Live Chat. SMS, email and other channels get the same content as plain text. Switch it on per agent under Response Behavior, Enable Rich Elements Support, and set Response Rules for when each element is used. Carousels and cards on Messenger and Instagram are listed as coming soon. Released Changelog (27 October 2026)
Test your agent upgrade and redesigned Deploy tab Test your agent can preview replies as each channel shows them (Preview as), and can test the outbound opening message with a test contact who is never messaged. The Deploy tab now groups Inbound, Outbound, working hours and agent details. Outbound testing needs the Outbound AI Agents Labs switch and does not work for flow-based agents. Released

Changelog (27 October 2026)
Advanced Time Zone Support in Conversation AI Before offering slots, the agent confirms the contact's time zone, working it out from a city or address and asking only when it cannot tell (for example a whole state or country that spans several zones). It saves the zone to the contact's standard Time Zone field through the Contact Info action and shows slots in the contact's local time. For prompt-based agents in Auto-Pilot mode. Labs

Changelog (27 October 2026)
New field types in the Contact Info action The Contact Info action can now fill radio, checkbox, single and multiple dropdown and phone custom fields, plus the standard Contact Source and Contact Type fields, from what the customer says in their own words. Only the field's own options are saved, and each update shows as a Contact Field Updated event in the conversation. Released
Every sub-account, prompt-based agents in Auto-Pilot
Changelog (27 October 2026)
Profile and Business Cards A new QR icon in the top bar opens a Profile Card (built from your user details) and a Business Card (built from the sub-account's business details), created automatically. Add social and custom links, share a link or downloadable QR code, or save it to your wallet. Save Contact is on by default, Exchange Contact (off by default) turns scans into CRM contacts, and each card tracks its own scans. Four new permissions sit under QR Codes. Released Changelog (27 October 2026)
QR code usage limits and builder revamp Set a scan limit (1 for single use) and an expiry, either a duration or a date range in a time zone you pick, checked at scan time so printed codes keep working. Scanners see a clear message when a code is expired, used up or not active yet. The QR builder has a new side rail, and the QR codes list tags codes as Limited or Inactive. Released Changelog (27 October 2026)
New Integrate tab in Forms, Surveys and Quizzes A dedicated Integrate tab with Embed (live previews of every embed option), Share (links, social sharing and a ready-made QR code for every form, survey and quiz), Email and Connection (see connected workflows and start a new one). Saving now opens a modal with next steps. Embedding straight into funnel steps and website pages, and seeing those connections, are listed as coming soon. Released Changelog (27 October 2026)
Product-level conditional logic in Forms and Surveys Use individual products as IF conditions in all four logic types (Redirect URL, Display Custom Message, Disqualify Lead, Show/Hide Fields), and show or hide single products or variants inside the Sell Products element. Works in both the old and new Forms and Surveys builders. Released Changelog (27 October 2026)
Affiliate Manager public API 32 public REST endpoints (28 new, 4 improved) for affiliates, campaigns, commissions, payouts, payout methods, referred customers and leads and affiliate media, using v3 OAuth 2.0 with two new scopes, affiliate-manager.readonly and affiliate-manager.write. Released Changelog (27 October 2026)
Audit logs for Affiliate Manager Affiliate Manager is now a module in Settings, Audit Logs, recording who changed campaigns, affiliates, commissions and payouts, with before and after values. Available to sub-account admins. Released Changelog (27 October 2026)
PayPal-denied affiliate payouts Payouts that PayPal denies or fails now show in a new Failed tab with the reason, instead of showing as Paid. A Processing tab shows payouts still being confirmed, and Retry Payment moves a failed payout back to Approved for Payout. Released Changelog (27 October 2026)
Unlimited sub-affiliate hiring depth In multi-tier campaigns, affiliates at any level can now recruit sub-affiliates. Commissions still follow the campaign's tier settings, counted back from the affiliate who made the sale. No setup needed. Released Changelog (27 October 2026)
Quiz element in Funnels and Websites A native Quiz element you drag onto any funnel step or website page, so there is no embed code to copy. Create a new quiz or pick an existing one, and edit it in a popup that covers 90% of the screen without leaving the builder. Released Changelog (27 October 2026)
Forms to CRM: opportunities, companies and custom objects with no contact A form can now create an opportunity with no contact, or two linked records: opportunity and company, opportunity and custom object, or company and custom object. You pick the association label, plus the pipeline, stage, status and value for every submission. Opportunity Name is required on any form with opportunity fields. Private beta
Opportunity-First private beta, enabled per location
Changelog (27 October 2026)
QR codes for Calendars, Services and Rentals New QR code types for calendars and calendar groups, services, service groups, staff and booking pages, and rentals and rental categories. Each calendar, service and rental also gets a ready-made QR code inside its own section, showing total scans and last scanned date, with design editing and download. These codes also appear in the QR Codes list. Released Changelog (27 October 2026)
Recommendations, error detection and Insights in Forms, Surveys and Quizzes When you save, existing validation errors show in a list and next to the field, and you can click one to jump to it. Recommendations flag things like example.com placeholder links, unnamed custom fields, Sell Products left in Test Mode and Bot Protection switched off. A new Insights tab shows conditional logic and custom field counts, auto responder and email notification status, and payment mode. No new validation rules. Works in old and new builders, and Recommendations can be switched off in Settings. Released Changelog (27 October 2026)
Automatic taxes and better address collection in Forms and Surveys Forms and surveys with the Sell Products element can now calculate tax automatically from the address the customer enters in the Address element, once Automatic Taxes is configured. The Address element label can be renamed, for example to Shipping Address. A new Billing Address toggle in Sell Products needs Shipping Address switched on first and uses the same fields as the Address element, and customers get a Same as Shipping Address checkbox. Released Changelog (27 October 2026)
Calculated fields A new Calculated custom field type that fills itself in from a formula: Custom formula, Time between, Time since or Time until. Results can be a number, true or false, text, a date or a date and time, with a function library for maths, text, dates and logic. Values recalculate when the source fields change and cannot be overwritten by a manual edit, an import or a workflow. Works on contacts, opportunities and custom objects, and can be used in workflows and as Smart List columns and filters (Time since and Time until fields work as columns only). Private beta
HighLevel's own wording
Changelog (27 October 2026)
Automatic company creation by email domain Out of Labs and available to every sub-account. When a contact is created or their email changes, HighLevel links them to the company with the same email domain, or creates and enriches a new company (domain, name and logo) when none matches. Free email providers such as Gmail and Yahoo are skipped, and you can exclude your own domains. It is on by default for new agencies only, so existing agencies turn it on in Settings, Objects, Companies, under Automations. Released
Live for everyone, off by default for existing agencies
Changelog (27 October 2026)
Link a contact to multiple companies Create a custom association label between Contacts and Companies set to Many Companies, then link one contact to every company they work with, from either record. Primary Company stays a system label that cannot be edited, and company merge fields still use the Primary Company. Labs
Labs, Association Labels and Multiple Companies for Contacts
Changelog (27 October 2026)
Association labels for contact roles Describe how a contact relates to a company, such as Employee, Billing contact or Decision maker, with single or paired labels (for example Employer and Employee) and limits in each direction. A contact under several selected labels gets one SMS per run. Labs

Changelog (27 October 2026)
Folders for contact documents Create folders, including folders inside folders, for each contact's documents, move files between folders without uploading them again, and delete custom folders. Deleted files and custom folders go to Trash and can be restored for 60 days. System folders and the files in them cannot be deleted for now, and HighLevel lists deleting files from system folders as coming next. Released Changelog (27 October 2026)
TikTok Ads in Ad Manager Build, publish, manage and measure TikTok Lead Generation campaigns in Ad Manager, next to Meta, Google and LinkedIn. Leads come in through TikTok Instant Forms (created in TikTok Ads Manager first) or Direct Messages, with budget, schedule, bidding and interest and behaviour targeting, carousel image or video ads with a live preview, and results in Statistics. Released Changelog (27 October 2026)
Shareable AI agent chat pages Give a workflow AI Agent Action its own hosted chat page with a shareable link. Visitors sign in with an email and one-time code, and the email must already belong to a contact. The page stays offline until the workflow is published and you switch it to Live, sessions show in Agent Chats, and each visitor reply is billed like an AI Agent execution. Released Changelog (27 October 2026)
AI Builder fills in workflow steps with your account data AI Builder in Automation, Workflows now finds the forms, pipelines, stages, snippets, tags, users and other records you name in your prompt and sets them in each step as it builds. It only uses records that already exist, and HighLevel says to review every step before you publish. Released Changelog (27 October 2026)
Two-way Meta campaign sync in Ad Manager Existing Meta campaigns, ad sets and ads come into Ad Manager when you connect a Meta ad account, and edits made in either Ad Manager or Meta Ads Manager sync both ways in near real time. You choose which campaigns to sync by status and time period. The Campaigns page splits into Created in Ad Manager and Synced from Meta, synced campaigns open in the usual campaign builder with advanced Meta settings left alone, and results are reported the same way for every campaign. Already connected? Turn on the Sync toggle under Ad Manager, Settings, Meta Ad Account. Released Changelog (27 October 2026)
Graphic Library in the Funnel, Website, Store and Webinar Builders A native library of more than 11,000 icons, emojis and illustrations, opened from the left panel, from an element's settings or by typing ":" while editing text. You can recolour icons (not illustrations), generate an illustration with AI or upload your own, and drop a graphic on the canvas or attach it to an element such as a button. HighLevel says emails and other builders come later. Released Changelog (27 October 2026)
Typography in Brand Boards The Typography tab in Brand Boards now covers Headings 1 to 6, Subtitle 1 and 2, Body 1 and 2, Caption and Overline, with sensible default mapping, manual changes that persist and a redesigned preview panel. For now it works inside Brand Boards only. HighLevel says the Funnels builder is next, then Websites, Forms and Emails. Released Changelog (27 October 2026)
Quick-create a brand board from the email builder When a sub-account has no brand board, "Create brand board" in the email builder's colour picker now opens a modal in place instead of a new tab. Paste a website URL to import colours, logo and fonts, or start from a preset or blank, adjust, then save, and the colours appear as swatches straight away. Email builder only for now. Released Changelog (27 October 2026)
Templates previewed in your brand colours The template modal's preview lists your Brand Boards on the right, so you can see a template in your own brand colours before you choose it, and it loads already recoloured. Changing Brand Board colours later does not update templates you have already applied. Released Changelog (27 October 2026)
Template Switcher in the Email Builder A new icon in the Email Builder's top tray opens the Template Library, so you can swap the template on an email you are already editing. Applying one replaces the canvas content, and you are asked to confirm first if the email has content. Design editor only for now. Released Changelog (27 October 2026)
Brand and custom colours for QR codes The QR code colour picker now shows your Brand Board colours and your saved global custom colours as swatches, so you can match a QR code to a brand without typing hex codes. Released Changelog (27 October 2026)
Test Workflow Test a single trigger with a real event from your account (listening lasts 15 minutes), test one action at a time with its input and output shown, or run the whole workflow and watch each step report Success, Failed or Skipped. A History tab keeps every test run, and Retry run repeats one with the same data. HighLevel warns that every test runs the real steps, so messages are sent and records are created or changed. Labs

Changelog (27 October 2026)
Inbox Preview in the email builder Preview how an email renders in real email clients such as Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail, filtered by device and light or dark mode, and preview as a specific contact. It shows the estimated email size with a warning if Gmail will clip it, and flags previews that are out of date after an edit. Works in the email builder and the AI editor. Each sub-account has a set number of previews, and failed ones do not count. Labs

Email Domain Warm-Up for LC Email Automated warm-up for dedicated sending domains, for agency and sub-account domains, with no third-party tool. HighLevel creates warm-up mailboxes on your domain and ramps daily volume toward a goal you choose, and your contacts never receive warm-up emails. Meeting Room Built-in video calls: a personal room with a permanent link, instant meetings, unique links for calendar appointments, guests without an account, screen sharing and chat, co-hosts, waiting rooms and passcodes. Meetings can be recorded with speaker-labelled transcripts, and you can generate an AI summary from the transcript. Open it from Meeting Rooms in the side panel, or pick Meeting Room as a calendar's meeting location. HighLevel's Founder Plan page lists Meeting Rooms among its Founder-only features. Released Changelog (27 October 2026)
Breakout Rooms in Meeting Room Split a Meeting Room call into up to 100 breakout rooms, assigned automatically, manually or by participants themselves. Hosts can move people, join any room, broadcast to every room, set and extend a timer, and recording and live transcription can be controlled per room. Start it from the meeting toolbar. Released Changelog (27 October 2026)
Workflow Maps A visual map of a sub-account's workflows, folders and the tags, forms, calendars, pipelines and custom fields that connect them, built from your existing workflows. You can search and filter it, follow one contact's journey across workflows, review failed executions, find unused or default-named workflows with Cleanup and ask an AI assistant about it. Open it from Automation, Workflows, Workflow Maps. At launch it is available only to agency users and agency admins, and HighLevel's Founder Plan page lists Workflow Maps among its Founder-only features. Released Changelog (27 October 2026)

For the eight CRM entries above (calculated fields, automatic company creation, multiple companies, association labels, Smart List associations, the Association Created trigger, Send SMS in record workflows and document folders), my in-depth guide is GoHighLevel CRM update: calculated fields, companies and associations.

Two Conversations entries now carry a 27 October date. HighLevel's changelog now dates keyword search in Conversations and the expanded Conversations filters 27 October 2026. I first listed them on 26 October, so they stay in the 26 October table above and are not counted again here. My Conversations keyword search and filters guide covers both.

Plan change on 27 October: the Founder Plan

This one is not a changelog entry, so it is not counted in the table above. On 27 October 2026 HighLevel announced the Founder Plan on its Founder Plan page and in a launch post on X. Neither calls it a LevelUp announcement.

My guides to these releases

The Social Planner Posts workflow trigger is listed in the section above. Its changelog entry is dated 25 October 2026, the day before LevelUp opened.

What this means for agencies

Every LevelUp brings a wave of new features, and the temptation is to switch everything on the same week. A calmer approach works better for client accounts.

1. Separate "announced" from "available"

Plenty of what is shown on stage arrives later, often in Labs first. Do not promise a client a feature until it appears in HighLevel's changelog or help docs and you can see it in your own account.

2. Test in your own sub-account first

Labs features can change week to week. Try anything new in an internal or demo sub-account, write down what breaks, and only then roll it out to one client at a time.

3. Check what it replaces or overlaps with

New native features sometimes overlap with tools you already pay for, or with automations you have built. Before you switch, list the workflows, integrations and custom code that touch the same area, so nothing silently stops working.

4. Watch for pricing and plan changes

If HighLevel announces new plans, add-ons or usage pricing, check the official pricing page and your agency billing before changing what you charge clients. The first confirmed plan change is the Founder Plan, which HighLevel announced on 27 October 2026.

5. Update your client documentation

If a feature changes where things live in the menu or how a client logs in, a short note or video to your clients saves a lot of support messages.

If you want help deciding what to adopt, see how I work on GoHighLevel MCP builds, read the GoHighLevel AI automation guide, or look at the CloseBot and GoHighLevel starter bundle.
